A New Chapter for Insighture

Insighture is proud to share a significant leadership transition as we prepare for an exciting new chapter in our evolution as a modern IT consultancy.
Effective June 2025, co-founder Charith De Silva will take on the role of Chief Executive Officer, while fellow co-founder Arun Datta will transition into a strategic group-level executive role.
This shift marks an important milestone in our growth journey, reinforcing both our readiness to scale globally and our continued commitment to the values that have shaped Insighture from the start.
“This move is about preparing Insighture for what’s next,” said Charith De Silva. “We’ve laid a strong foundation over the last few years, building the right team, delivering value for our clients, and creating a future-facing consultancy model. Now, it’s about accelerating that momentum. I’m honoured to lead Insighture into its next phase of growth, with a clear focus on operational excellence, talent and innovation."
Arun, who has been instrumental in steering the consultancy’s early growth, will now focus on driving strategy and alignment across the broader group entity, with an emphasis on future acquisitions and cross-functional growth initiatives.
“This is an important step for the organisation we created together,” said Arun. “It reflects our maturity and readiness to scale. While Charith takes on leadership and accountability as CEO, my new role allows me to zoom out to focus on strategic oversight, long-term planning and ensuring we stay aligned across everything we do.”

Fueling Innovation from Within: This transition also comes at a pivotal moment for our product arm, SkyU — our next-generation DevEx platform, which is rapidly gaining traction in the market. What began as an internal innovation to improve developer workflows has evolved into a powerful platform, now backed by active users, real-world feedback, and a growing number of enterprise trials. As we double down on Insighture’s core consulting strengths, SkyU represents our commitment to investing in scalable, AI-enabled solutions that solve deep tech challenges. The momentum we’ve seen so far is just the beginning, and we’re excited to grow SkyU with the same attention to quality and purpose that defines our consultancy work.

We started as a close-knit team focused on niche projects. Today, Insighture is a multi-functional organisation with DevOps, QE, and AI teams. They have helped shape every milestone, from GPTW to ISO and our deep relationships with giants such as AWS. Our future wouldn’t be complete without recognising this journey and the steady leadership behind it.
“Arun’s vision, wisdom and care have built a culture and company that people believe in,” Charith said. “His continued involvement at the group level means we’re not losing that vision. We’re expanding on it.”
