Insighture Welcomes Kaustuva Das as Director of Growth

We are thrilled to welcome Kaustuva Das to Insighture as our new Director of Growth — a key move as we gear up for our next chapter of expansion across Australia and Southeast Asia.

Kaustuva Das brings over 18 years of experience in technology leadership, growth strategy, and enterprise transformation. He has held key roles at global consultancies like Accenture and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), as well as fast-growing firms like Tech Mahindra, where he led initiatives ranging from digital go-to-market strategy to enterprise cloud adoption and large-scale transformation programs.

He will focus on aligning Insighture’s capabilities with the real-world priorities of technology decision-makers. With a strong foundation in consultative selling, enterprise account management, pipeline strategy, and solution positioning, Kaustuva will help strengthen Insighture’s high-touch consultancy approach where tailored engagement, delivery excellence, and long-term client value go hand in hand. He will also play a key role in operationalising the company’s core platforms (including modern software delivery platform SkyU, mobile app builder for small businesses Snapp, content extraction platform Advanto) ensuring it becomes an integrated part of the sales conversation and directly links to execution quality and strategic outcomes.

Prior to joining Insighture, Kaustuva held senior leadership roles where he successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver complex digital transformation programs across industries, including financial services, telecommunications, and healthcare. His extensive experience with regulated sectors such as financial services and healthcare aligns well with Insighture’s growing footprint in these areas. In these sectors, compliance and agility must go hand-in-hand.

• Simon Hope, joining in a strategic advisory capacity, brings decades of experience in enterprise consulting, technology delivery, and scaling high-performance teams.
• Dinusha Ambagahawita now transitions into Director of Technology, providing leadership continuity as the company scales its DevOps, architectural and cloud-native delivery capabilities.
• Arun Datta, Insighture’s co-founder, now contributes formally to the Group Advisory panel, supporting strategy, product development, and client growth initiatives at the group level.
