Data Operations Analyst (3 Months Contract)

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Operations Analyst to support our data mapping and tagging activities using browser-based tools. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data while collaborating with the wider team to maintain high data quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data mapping and tagging using a browser plugin and other internal tools.
• Review and validate mapped/tagged data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Identify and report errors, anomalies, and inconsistencies in data.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards. Support basic reporting and documentation of mapping/tagging progress.
• Contribute ideas for improving data quality processes and workflows.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills – ability to clearly share findings and collaborate with team members. Comfortable using browser-based tools, plugins, and online applications.
• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for reviewing and managing data.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team. (Optional / Nice to have) Exposure to data quality, annotation, or mapping projects.
