We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect – EUC/EUT with a strong background in designing and governing large-scale end-user technology environments. This role will drive the architecture, security, and optimization of enterprise end-user computing platforms, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing digital workplace solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and govern EUC/EUT architecture principles, standards, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Design scalable, secure, and interoperable end-user computing environments across enterprise landscapes
- Oversee Microsoft Entra ID tenancy management and Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS), including PKI lifecycle governance
- Drive automation for certificate provisioning, de-provisioning, and device lifecycle management
- Implement identity governance, conditional access policies, and endpoint compliance controls
- Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with IT operations, business units, and vendors to deliver EUC/EUT initiatives effectively
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical leadership across cross-functional teams
- Identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and cost optimization to enhance end-user experience
- Support architecture and stakeholder discussions during project lifecycle and delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 15+ years of overall IT experience with at least 7+ years in EUC/EUT Enterprise Architecture roles
- Strong expertise in EUC/EUT technologies including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, endpoint security, Citrix, and VDI platforms
- Proven experience with identity and access management using Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS)
- Hands-on knowledge of PKI, certificate lifecycle management, CRLs, and certificate templates
- Experience defining enterprise architecture principles, standards, and governance frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at an enterprise level
- Ability to design and govern secure, scalable, and high-performing end-user environments
Nice to Have
- TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification
- Experience implementing VDI / DaaS solutions and modern collaboration tools
- Strong scripting and automation experience for EUC/EUT provisioning and lifecycle management
- Experience with dashboards and reporting using Power BI
- Prior experience driving cost optimization and improving end-user experience in large enterprises
