IFS Cloud Solution Architect

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IFS Cloud Solution Architect for a 6 months contract to join our growing team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of overall experience in enterprise solution architecture.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with IFS products, including IFS Cloud.
• Minimum one end-to-end IFS Cloud SaaS implementation and one end-to-end IFS On-Prem implementation.

Must Haves:

• Strong hands-on experience in IFS Cloud Solution Architecture.
• Proven experience working in presales and solution design engagements.
• Deep understanding of IFS Cloud modules and product suite.
• Expertise in enterprise integrations and IFS Cloud Integration Framework.
• Experience leading customer workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design.
• Ability to translate business and functional requirements into value-driven solutions.
• Strong experience in preparing functional and solution design documents.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
• Experience in Field Service Management and Maintenance.
• Knowledge of Financial Accounting and Procurement (accounting qualification is a plus).
• Experience in asset-intensive industries.
• Exposure to business process strategy and enterprise architecture using IFS frameworks.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% as required.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Presales teams and Business Architects to understand customer business objectives and current/future state processes.
• Lead and facilitate customer discovery workshops to identify business processes, value drivers, and functional requirements.
• Design and present IFS Cloud-based functional solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Support RFI/RFP responses, technical qualifications, and sales cycles.
• Prepare solution and design documentation based on functional requirements.
• Build and deliver custom demos and Proof of Value (PoV) aligned with customer success criteria.
• Translate complex technical and business requirements into customer-focused, value-centric solutions.
• Maintain deep knowledge of IFS products, roadmaps, and industry KPIs.
• Support internal and external customer-facing events and presentations.
• Provide feedback on product and solution improvements based on customer requirements.
• Take a leadership role within solution teams when required.
