We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Iteration Manager/Scrum Master to join our growing team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience across Agile, Lean and Waterfall methodologies, with hands-on facilitation of Agile ceremonies, workshops, and iterative delivery practices.
- Strong capability in iteration planning, coordination, and flow optimisation across multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate team rituals (stand‑ups, retrospectives, showcases, sprint planning, backlog refinement) to drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience managing risks, impediments, dependencies, and delivery constraints across teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills, ensuring alignment across product, engineering, and business teams.
- Solid understanding of technical delivery concepts including environments, integration points, development workflows, and deployment pipelines.
- Strong problem‑solving capability, with the ability to identify blockers early and drive resolution.
- A collaborative team player with a positive mindset, continuous improvement attitude, and ability to build high‑performing team culture.
- Jira proficiency, including: creating and maintaining boards, setting up and managing sprints, managing workflows and issue types, using and interpreting reports and velocity metrics.
- Ability to use Advanced Roadmaps (Jira) for cross‑team planning, dependency mapping, capacity forecasting, and delivery alignment.
- Proficiency using Whiteboard and Miro for collaborative planning, backlog visualisation, journey mapping, and retrospectives.
- Experience in large‑scale Agile programs (e.g., SAFe).
- Exposure to Guidewire, cloud delivery, or platform‑modernisation programs.
- Experience coaching or mentoring teams to uplift Agile and delivery maturity.
- Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices as they relate to iteration‑level planning and continuous improvement.
