We are seeking an experienced Pega LSA / Architect with deep expertise in enterprise-grade Pega implementations to lead architecture, design, and delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on development capability, and the ability to guide teams while ensuring adherence to Pega best practices and guardrails.
Responsibilities
- Design and own end-to-end Pega architecture, including High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD)
- Lead and execute Pega implementations, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices
- Break down user stories into actionable technical tasks and guide the team on execution
- Provide hands-on support in development, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails, standards, and implementation methodologies
- Manage and govern documentation across Confluence/SharePoint
- Drive daily status reporting and stakeholder communication with leadership and clients
- Prioritize tasks effectively based on urgency and business needs
- Manage deliverables and ensure continuity of work in the absence of team members
- Collaborate with CoE teams and contribute to architecture governance
- Support estimation activities for RFPs and RFIs
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance to team leads
- Design and implement workflows, case management solutions, and integrations
- Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and improved delivery
Requirements
- Pega LSA (Lead System Architect) certified
- CLSA certified on Pega 8.x (Infinity experience preferred)
- 10+ years of overall Pega experience in enterprise environments
- Strong experience in Pega installation, including Version 24.2
- Hands-on experience in developing workflows, user interfaces, activities, utility, and decision rules
- Strong understanding of ECS, Situational Layer Cake, and Case Management
- Excellent knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Pega implementation methodologies
- Experience with external integrations including traditional and DX APIs
- Strong experience with PRPC reporting tools and performance tuning
- Expertise in debugging tools such as Clipboard, Tracer, Rules Inspector, PDC, and AES
- Experience with Correspondence Rules, Validation Rules, and Integration Rules
- Hands-on experience with Agents, Job Schedulers, Channels, and Skin rules
- Strong SQL knowledge (DML, DQL; DDL preferred)
- Experience with Constellation framework
- Exposure to Kafka, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies
- Familiarity with Blueprint, Gen-AI, and Knowledge Buddy integrations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on in delivery
