Performance Test Lead

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Test Lead
for a 6 months contract to join our growing team.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of overall experience in Performance Testing and Engineering
• 4+ years of experience leading performance testing initiatives
• Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad or LoadRunner
• Solid understanding of enterprise-scale application architectures
• Experience designing and executing load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests
• Strong performance analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization skills
• Experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with capacity planning and system tuning
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance testing and engineering initiatives ensuring stable, high-quality production releases
• Define and implement performance testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices
• Design, develop, and execute load, stress, and scalability tests
• Analyze test results and provide actionable performance optimization recommendations
• Collaborate closely with architecture, development, and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and enable automated performance validation
• Perform capacity planning and system tuning to improve application and infrastructure performance
• Mentor team members and promote a performance-first culture across delivery teams
