We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Salesforce environment, ensuring smooth performance and user experience.
- Handle all basic admin functions including user account maintenance, permission sets, profiles, and data integrity tasks.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, process builders, flows, and other routine automation tasks.
- Perform regular internal system audits, ensure data quality, and prepare for Salesforce upgrades and new releases.
- Manage Salesforce data feeds and integrations with other business systems and third-party tools.
- Coordinate the evaluation, scoping, and implementation of new business requirements and development requests.
- Onboard and train new users, provide ongoing support, and serve as a go-to resource for Salesforce functionality and process alignment.
- Promote user adoption through clear communication, documentation, and demonstrating how Salesforce supports cross-departmental processes.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM-focused role
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) preferred
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules)
- Familiarity with data management practices and tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Experience with Salesforce integrations or third-party apps (e.g., Zapier, Mailchimp, HubSpot) will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products will be an advantage.
