We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Architect for a 6 months contract to join our growing team.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience
• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience
• Proven experience in Salesforce Architecture and Solution Design
• Strong understanding of enterprise-scale CRM implementations

Must Haves

• End-to-end Salesforce architecture ownership
• Strong expertise in Salesforce data models, security, and integrations
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configurations
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, APIs, and enterprise platforms
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce SDLC, deployment, and release management
• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams

Preferred

• Salesforce certifications (Application Architect / System Architect / Technical Architect)
• Experience with large-scale or complex Salesforce implementations
• Exposure to DevOps tools (CI/CD for Salesforce)
• Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments
• Prior experience working with stakeholders in large enterprise environments

Role & Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall Salesforce solution architecture, including data models, integrations, and security design, aligned with long-term business objectives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Decide when to leverage standard Salesforce capabilities versus custom Apex and Lightning components
• Provide technical leadership throughout the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Guide development teams on best practices for configuration, development, testing, and deployment
• Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems, APIs, and enterprise applications
• Enforce architectural governance to ensure system performance, scalability, security, and maintainability
• Identify opportunities for platform optimization and continuous improvement
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, data maps, flowcharts, and design specifications
