We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant to join our growing team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 8-10+ years of overall Salesforce experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and Salesforce Scheduling / Appointment Management.
- Experience working on healthcare domain implementations involving patient and provider workflows.
Must Haves:
- Proven experience implementing Salesforce Health Cloud, including: (Patient 360, Care Plans & Care Teams, Utilization Management, Clinical Data Models).
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Scheduling / Appointment Management, including: (Resource availability and slot management, Patient/member appointment booking workflows, Self-service scheduling, Notifications, reminders, and rescheduling).
- Experience with FHIR, HL7, and EHR integrations (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
- Strong functional and technical understanding of healthcare business processes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and solution design skills.
Preferred:
- Salesforce Health Cloud or Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce Case Management and Care Management processes.
- Exposure to healthcare compliance standards and data privacy requirements.
- Experience in large enterprise or regulated healthcare environments.
- Strong documentation and governance experience.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Salesforce Health Cloud solutions aligned with healthcare workflows.
- Configure and optimize Health Cloud data models, workflows, and integrations.
- Support interoperability initiatives using FHIR, HL7, and EHR systems.
- Design patient- and provider-centric workflows including referrals, authorizations, and engagement journeys.
- Configure and manage Salesforce Appointment Management / Scheduling capabilities.
- Integrate scheduling workflows with care plans and case management processes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Perform impact assessments, gap analysis, and propose solution options.
- Ensure platform governance, data quality, and compliance with healthcare standards.
- Support SIT/UAT activities and deployment planning.
- Act as a technical and functional advisor to project teams.
