We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant to join our growing team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-10+ years of experience in Salesforce, with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and Scheduling.
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions in healthcare or life sciences environments.
Must Haves:
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, including: Patient 360, Care Plans & Care Teams, Utilization Management and Clinical Data Models).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Appointment Management / Scheduling, including: Resource availability and slot management, Patient/member appointment booking, Self-service scheduling and Notifications, reminders, and rescheduling.
- Experience supporting healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, and EHR integrations (Epic, Cerner, etc.).
- Strong stakeholder management and requirement-gathering skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working in healthcare, health insurance, or life sciences domains.
- Exposure to Salesforce compliance and healthcare data governance standards.
- Salesforce Health Cloud or related Salesforce certifications.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities aligned with healthcare business processes.
- Configure and optimize Health Cloud data models, workflows, and integrations.
- Develop patient- and provider-centric workflows, including referrals, authorizations, and engagement journeys.
- Configure and manage Salesforce Scheduling / Appointment Management capabilities.
- Integrate scheduling workflows with Health Cloud care plans and case management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Produce design documentation, configuration details, and best-practice recommendations.
- Conduct impact assessments, gap analysis, and propose solution alternatives.
- Ensure platform governance, data quality, and compliance with healthcare standards.
- Support SIT and UAT, and contribute to deployment planning.
- Act as a technical and functional advisor to project teams.
