We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support finance transformation initiatives within a large-scale S/4HANA environment. The role involves end-to-end implementation, configuration, and integration of SAP Finance modules, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP FICO sub-modules: FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, FI-CO.
- Strong knowledge of: Direct and indirect activity allocations, Labour costing, Cost center accounting, Order and project settlement.
- Experience working in integrated SAP environments, especially: FI-MM, FI-PM, Project Systems (PS).
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations is highly preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP PPM (Portfolio and Project Management).
- Prior experience in utilities or public sector projects (desirable).
- Familiarity with WRICEF development processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and customize SAP S/4HANA Finance modules including: General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), Asset Accounting (FI-AA), Controlling (FI-CO).
- Conduct and facilitate SAP PPM/PS design workshops with business stakeholders.
- Lead requirement discussions and drive key design decisions for SAP PPM/PS solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as: Materials Management (MM), Plant Maintenance (PM), Project Systems (PS), Human Resource Management (HR).
- Conduct end-user training sessions and workshops.
- Prepare test scripts and perform unit testing and integration testing.
- Support cutover activities and data migration processes.
- Develop and maintain system documentation including configuration documents, user manuals, and test scripts.
- Prepare functional specifications for WRICEF objects aligned with business requirements.
