SAP Program Manager (1 year contract)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SAP Program Manager to join our growing team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Overall experience should be 12–15+ years in Program / Project Management roles.
• Relevant experience: 8+ years managing large-scale SAP programs.
• Strong experience working with Finance, Payroll, Procurement, and HR business functions.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stream SAP programs.
• Must have extensive experience as an SAP Program Manager overseeing multiple SAP projects.
• Hands on experience on strong stakeholder management across Finance, Payroll, Procurement, and HR.
• Proven ability to manage program risks, dependencies, and inter-project coordination.
• Experience with strong governance, reporting, and executive communication skills.
• Experience driving change management in large enterprise environments.
• Strong financial management skills, including business case ownership and cost control.
• Experience with delivering programs aligned to business outcomes and benefits realization.
• Experience in managing SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration programs.
• Good understanding of SAP Activate, Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Exposure to the public sector or other highly regulated enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple SAP initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Align customer and stakeholder expectations across Finance, Payroll, Procurement, and HR.
• Establish and manage program governance frameworks, reporting, and steering committees.
• Identify, track, and mitigate program-level risks and dependencies.
• Ensure delivery of agreed business outcomes in line with the approved business case.
• Drive change management to enable smooth adoption by business users and digital teams.
• Manage end-to-end financials including budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Provide regular status updates and escalation management to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with organisational standards related to finance, safety, training, and HR.
