We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SAP Program Manager to join our growing team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Overall experience should be 12–15+ years in Program / Project Management roles.
- Relevant experience: 8+ years managing large-scale SAP programs.
- Strong experience working with Finance, Payroll, Procurement, and HR business functions.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stream SAP programs.
- Must have extensive experience as an SAP Program Manager overseeing multiple SAP projects.
- Hands on experience on strong stakeholder management across Finance, Payroll, Procurement, and HR.
- Proven ability to manage program risks, dependencies, and inter-project coordination.
- Experience with strong governance, reporting, and executive communication skills.
- Experience driving change management in large enterprise environments.
- Strong financial management skills, including business case ownership and cost control.
- Experience with delivering programs aligned to business outcomes and benefits realization.
- Experience in managing SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration programs.
- Good understanding of SAP Activate, Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Exposure to the public sector or other highly regulated enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple SAP initiatives from planning through delivery.
- Align customer and stakeholder expectations across Finance, Payroll, Procurement, and HR.
- Establish and manage program governance frameworks, reporting, and steering committees.
- Identify, track, and mitigate program-level risks and dependencies.
- Ensure delivery of agreed business outcomes in line with the approved business case.
- Drive change management to enable smooth adoption by business users and digital teams.
- Manage end-to-end financials including budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
- Provide regular status updates and escalation management to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with organisational standards related to finance, safety, training, and HR.
