The SAP Project Manager for SuccessFactors and ECP Implementation is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) projects. This role ensures successful planning, execution, migration, testing, cutover, and deployment of HR & Payroll processes in line with business goals, compliance requirements, and global SAP best practices.
The role requires strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll processes, HR transformations, and managing cross‑functional stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Overall 8+ years of IT project management experience with 3+ years of delivering SAP SuccessFactors EC/ECP projects.
- SuccessFactors architecture & modules
- Employee Central workflows, MDF, RBPs
- Payroll schemas, wage types, off‑cycle processes
- Experience with SAP CPI/Webmethods integrations.
- Project Management Competencies
- Strong PM methodology: Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall.
- Proven delivery in multi‑vendor, complex environments.
- Solid experience handling parallel payroll testing cycles.
- Ability to manage budgets, vendor contracts, and SOWs.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Delivery
- Lead full lifecycle implementation of SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECP (Plan → Build → Test → Deploy → Hypercare).
- Develop project plans, timelines, resource plans, risk logs, RAID items, and deliver status reporting.
- Ensure scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards are strictly adhered to.
- Manage change requests, scope variations, and project governance processes.
2. Stakeholder & Team Management
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, Compliance, and external SI vendors.
- Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering, solution design, and UAT.
- Manage functional and technical teams (SF consultants, integration specialists, payroll experts).
- Provide high‑quality communication to sponsors and steering committees.
3. Functional Expertise – SAP SuccessFactors & ECP
- Oversee design, configuration, and deployment of: Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Time Off & Time Tracking (if in scope), Role-based Permissions (RBP), Integration with SAP S4, middleware (SAP CPI/WebMethods), Validate solution architecture, data models, workflows, and payroll schemas.
- Ensure compliance with local legal, tax, and statutory payroll requirements.
4. Data Migration & Integration Oversight
- Lead data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and validation cycles.
- Govern integrations between SuccessFactors and: SAP S/4, Time & attendance solutions, Ensure secure handling of HR and payroll data.
5. Testing & Quality Management
- Create and manage SIT, UAT, Regression, Payroll Parallel Run plans.
- Coordinate test cycles, defect triage, and sign‑offs.
- Ensure payroll accuracy through multiple parallel pay runs.
6. Cutover, Go‑Live & Hypercare
- Develop cutover strategy, timeline, and resource alignment.
- Coordinate mock cutovers and production readiness assessments.
- Manage hypercare activities and ensure smooth transition to BAU/AMS teams.
7. Risk, Compliance & Governance
- Ensure documentation meets audit and SOX requirements.
