We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SAP SF Consultant (Performance Management/Goal Management/SPCDP) to join our growing team.
Qualifications:
- Certified SuccessFactors Consultant in PMGM and CDP with 10+ years’ experience in PMGM.
- Proven experience in at least two end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations across PMGM and CDP modules.
- Strong understanding of Performance Management, Succession, Career Development, and related business processes.
- Experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and support under multiple deadlines.
- Hands-on expertise in configuring PMGM and CDP, including 360 Reviews, performance ratings, permissions, competencies, calibration, goal plans, and Continuous Performance Management (CPM).
- Practical experience with Development Goals, Career Worksheets, Career Paths, role management, competencies, and related notifications.
- Strong hands-on experience in Business Rules, RBP, Job Profile Builder, MDF, XML configurations, templates, permissions, workflows, route maps, and notifications.
- Experience in Career Worksheet XML editing, role creation, and competency configuration within families and roles.
- Skilled in ad-hoc and advanced reporting, system integrations, and support activities.
- Knowledge of other SuccessFactors Talent modules and integrations with SAP ECC and third-party systems, with strong consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Roles and responsibilities
- Configure and Implement Succession, Talent Calibration, Career Development Planning & Mentoring process to meet business requirements
- Configure SOC, Talent Pool, Talent Search, Matrix Reports, Position Tile, Position Management, Talent Profile.
- Configure Development Plan, Career Worksheet, Role Assessment Forms, Career Path, Mentoring
- Suggest work around for system limitations in Succession & Career Development Planning & Mentoring module
- Participate in identifying areas for improvement and best practices
- Responsible for agreeing on Resolution dates and resolving open queries
- Research and analyse the feasibility and functionalities of any SuccessFactors modules
- Conduct demo to explain the current configuration functionalities of each iteration
- Responsible for the knowledge transfer of business implications and detailed requirements to the application developer, project manager or onshore team, including status reporting.
- Assist with cutover planning
- Provide hyper care & post go live support
- Knowledge of HR business process design and development.
