We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Consultant (Australia) for a 1 year contract to join our growing team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 6–10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with strong focus on Employee Central Payroll (Australia).
- SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred.
Must Haves:
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (Australia) configuration and implementation.
- Strong experience in SAP SF Employee Central, Payroll, and Onboarding modules.
- Deep understanding of SAP SF & HR processes, data models, and integration points.
- Experience in payroll system testing, validation, and data migration.
- Strong troubleshooting and payroll support experience.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills.
Preferred:
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in EC / ECP.
- Experience integrating payroll with other HR modules and external systems.
- Experience in conducting end-user training and change management sessions.
- Exposure to SAP SF upgrades and enhancement projects.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (Australia) as per client requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand payroll processes and recommend best practices.
- Conduct payroll-related workshops and training sessions for end users.
- Provide ongoing support for payroll issues, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Troubleshoot system issues and resolve complex payroll-related errors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate payroll with other HR systems.
- Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors releases and recommend system enhancements.
- Support payroll testing, validation, and data migration during implementations and upgrades.
