We are seeking a talented and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic and growing technology team for a 6 month contract based job. In this role, you will be responsible for driving Agile delivery excellence across cross-functional squads, ensuring teams operate efficiently while fostering a strong Agile mindset. You will work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to enable high-performing, outcome-driven environments.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or Disciplined Agile (DA)
• Proven experience managing Agile delivery within Digital and Salesforce environments
• Extensive experience working with Agile teams in the Financial Services industry
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery models, principles, and mindsets
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence
• Solid understanding of SDLC, microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive consensus
• Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent; PSM II or III is highly preferred
