Security Identity Manager / ISAM Technical Lead (3 months contract)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Security Identity Manager / ISAM Technical Lead to join our growing team.

Qualifications:

● 8 -12+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM/IDAM).

● Strong hands-on experience as a Technical Lead / Senior Engineer in IBM Security platforms.

● Experience supporting business-critical banking or financial services applications.

Must Haves Experiences:

● IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM).

● IBM Security Federated Identity Manager.

● IBM Security Directory Server & DB2.

● IBM Security Directory Integrator.

● WebSphere Application Server.

● Strong understanding of LDAP, IDAM & Federation concepts.

● OAuth, OIDC, OpenID, SAML, SSO & MFA implementations.

● Automation & orchestration using Puppet, Ansible, Jenkins.

● Experience with AWS Cloud (2.0 concepts).

● GitLab version control.

● Strong Linux/Unix fundamentals.

● Scripting skills: Shell, Perl, Python.

Preferred:

● Java / J2EE development experience.

● Experience with Postman / SoapUI.

● Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.

● Experience working in regulated environments (Banking / Financial Services).

Role & Responsibilities:

● Act as Technical Lead for ISAM production support and development within the Identity space.

● Own and maintain multiple ISAM environments supporting business-critical banking applications.

● Triage system, configuration, and application issues and perform advanced troubleshooting.

● Support system administrators and project teams to meet delivery objectives.

● Ensure system availability and compliance with SLAs.

● Gather requirements, implement environment changes, and resolve environment issues.

● Analyse existing environments and recommend improvements for efficiency and consolidation.

● Support deployments in development environments.

● Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support team members.

● Provide after-hours and weekend support when required for project testing and deadlines.
