- Proactively manage dependencies across platforms - Integrations, Cloud, Network, CRM, and engineering teams to prevent downstream delivery blockers.
- Facilitate cross‑delivery forums (e.g., scrum‑of‑scrums, design alignment sessions) where integration dependencies span multiple initiatives.
3. Resourcing, Forecasting & Commercial Governance
- Own integration delivery resourcing, including: Identifying capability gaps, Requesting approval to onboard integration engineers and technical BAs, Aligning resourcing to approved forecasts and funding approvals.
- Manage delivery inputs to financial forecasts, ensuring assumptions, capacity, and timelines are aligned.

- Ensure integration work is correctly represented at initiative level, including: Alignment of work items, issue types, and reporting structures, Traceability from initiative objectives to integration delivery outcomes
- Provide clear delivery reporting covering milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and resourcing.

5. Stakeholder Leadership
- Act as the senior delivery interface for integration streams, engaging:
- Platform and API Integration leadership
- Initiative and program governance
- Senior technology and finance stakeholders for approvals and escalations
