Profile Summary

We are currently looking for a Senior Quality Engineer (Automation) to join our team and work with our teams across the company.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in Test Automation.
• Experience with Automation testing tools and developing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress and Selenium.
• Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS, and Xpath locators.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GIT, GitHub Actions) and test management tools (Jira, TestRail).
• A good understanding of design principles and writing clean test code.
• Experience in version control systems like GitHub.
• Experience in bug analysis is used to increase test coverage in critical areas.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Extensive knowledge of Cloud applications.

Responsibilities

• Writing automated test scripts using industry-standard tools such as Playwright, Cypress and Selenium.
• Version controlling with Git/GitHub repository.
• Integrate automated test scripts on Github with CI/CD pipeline.
• Involved in compatibility testing to evaluate system performance under varying conditions using different devices and browsers.
• Test Management and Defect Management.
• Create comprehensive test documentation like test plans.
• Come up with estimates, prioritise, plan, and coordinate QE activities.
• Work closely on the project deadlines to ensure test automation scripting is delivered on time.
• Setting up goals and objectives for QE Engineers and guiding junior QE members.
• Set quality standards for the teams in various new testing technologies in the industry.
• Conduct code reviews on test scripts and provide the peer review comments to the peers and review comments incorporations.
