Senior Quality Engineer - Automation

We're looking for a Senior Quality Engineer with a wealth of experience in Automation Testing to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Build & Evolve Automation: Design and maintain scalable, reliable test frameworks that keep pace with our product releases.
• Support the team: Be a go-to technical partner, helping junior team members level up through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and supportive mentorship.
• Keep Quality High: Work with the team to define practical quality standards that help us deliver great products without slowing down development.
• Own the QA Plan & Strategy: Take the lead on estimating and planning QA tasks, defining our testing approach, and jumping in to solve technical challenges as they arise.
• Work Across Teams: Collaborate with developers and product managers to keep everyone aligned on test plans, timelines, and release goals.
• Broad Coverage: Ensure we have a smart mix of test types in functional, performance, security, and more to catch issues early.
• Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest testing tools and trends and help us adopt better ways of working.

Qualification & Experience

• Profound proficiency and experience in Automation and Manual Testing processes.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Test Automation.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright/Selenium/Cypress.
• Hands-on experience in Performance Testing with JMeter or K6.
• Hands-on experience in API Automation.
• Experience in Mobile Test Automation.
• A good understanding of design principles and writing clean test code.
• Experience in version control systems.
• Bugs analysis with the purpose of increasing test coverage in critical areas.
• Hands-on experience in using test management tools like JIRA/TestRail/Test link.
• Work collaboratively with our offshore clients.
• Ability to work independently & collaborate with team members.
• Continuous learner and team player with a good attitude.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience in CI/CD.
