We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Service Delivery Manager to join our growing team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years in a Production Support, Application Support, or SRE role.
Management Skills (Must Have)
- Own and manage end‑to‑end production support operations aligned to ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management), ensuring strong SLA and KPI governance.
- Lead ticket lifecycle management, including prioritization, escalation, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous service improvement in a live production environment.
Technical Skills (Must Have)
- Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts to automate deployments and batch processing.
- Strong hands-on expertise in MS SQL Server, including SQL development, debugging, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and recovery.
- Experience supporting production deployments and releases using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Octopus Deploy.
- Hands‑on expertise in managing Microsoft‑based production infrastructure, including Windows Servers and IIS.
