We are seeking a hands-on Tech Architect – MS Dynamics to lead architecture, solution design, and implementation of enterprise Dynamics CRM solutions across complex environments. This is a full-time contract role based in Sydney.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose functional & technical solutions with clear trade-offs
- Drive technical feasibility, system design, and identify dependencies across projects
- Architect and guide development using C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL, and SSRS
- Design and oversee integrations between Dynamics CRM and external systems
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, performance, and scalability standards
- Collaborate with business, engineering, and platform teams to ensure alignment on solution design
- Maintain architecture documentation including diagrams, specifications, and deployment procedures
- Support troubleshooting of complex issues, root cause analysis, and continuous improvements
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM design, development, and architecture
- Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale Dynamics CRM solutions (5+ projects)
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, SQL, and SSRS
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics technologies (Power Pages, Canvas Apps, Portal Pages, Liquid Code, Customer Service Workspace)
- Strong experience with Azure and Microsoft Power Platform
- Solid understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture, design, implementation, and deployment
- Experience with integration technologies and system interoperability
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across multiple projects and manage tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
