Test Lead – IFS Cloud Implementation

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Test Lead – IFS Cloud Implementation for a 6 months contract to join our growing team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• 8–12 years of overall testing experience, with 3–5 years in a Test Lead role.
• Proven experience leading testing for ERP / FSM cloud implementation or migration projects.
• Strong understanding of cloud migration testing methodologies.

Must Haves:

• Proven experience as a Test Lead on large-scale ERP or FSM implementations.
• Hands-on experience with IFS Cloud and/or ClickSoftware environments.
• Strong expertise in test strategy, test planning, and execution.
• Experience managing data migration testing (ETL validation).
• Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, HP ALM).
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience working in joint delivery models (Client, Vendor, SI).
• Exposure to DevOps and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Experience with UAT coordination and business sign-offs.
• Background in Field Service Management (FSM) solutions.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the end-to-end testing strategy for migration from ClickSoftware to IFS Cloud.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules covering functional, integration, performance, UAT, and data migration testing.
• Lead and coordinate testing activities across client, Wipro, and IFS teams.
• Act as the primary testing liaison with project stakeholders and business users.
• Oversee test execution, ensuring accurate documentation of results and defects.
• Manage defect lifecycle, including triage, prioritization, and closure.
• Lead data migration validation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Identify testing risks, define mitigation plans, and escalate issues proactively.
• Provide regular test status reports, dashboards, and final sign-off documentation.
• Ensure quality standards are met with minimal business disruption during migration.
