We are seeking a Senior TIBCO Developer with strong integration and migration experience to lead the transition from TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) 5.14 to TIBCO Cloud Edition (CE), ensuring high-performance, scalable, and reliable integration services.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) 5.14 integration services and workflows
• Design and develop equivalent integration solutions on TIBCO Cloud Edition (CE)
• Lead and execute end-to-end migration activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Ensure functional parity and performance optimization of migrated services
• Conduct unit testing and integration testing to validate migration quality and stability
• Investigate and resolve defects/issues across both BW 5.14 and TIBCO CE platforms
• Provide technical support during UAT and production deployment phases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition to cloud-based integrations
• Create and maintain technical documentation for all migrated services and processes
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to upskill internal teams and ensure continuity

Requirements

• Proven experience working with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) 5.x and TIBCO Cloud Edition (CE)
• Strong hands-on experience in integration service migration projects, preferably BW to Cloud
• Solid understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and middleware architecture
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying integration services in enterprise environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve defects across platforms
• Experience supporting UAT and production releases in complex environments
• Ability to ensure performance optimization and scalability of integration services
• Experience working in Agile or structured delivery environments
• Strong documentation and knowledge transfer capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Nice to have: experience with cloud platforms, microservices architecture, or other integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi)
