TOSCA SAP Test Lead

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented TOSCA SAP Test Lead for a 12 months contract to join our growing team.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Tosca automation testing with Model-Based Automation.
• Proven experience leading SAP testing and regression automation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Tosca Distributed Execution (DEX).
• Experience testing SAP environments including SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of SAP cross-module integrations and business processes.
• Experience managing automation stability and release readiness cycles.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test cases using Tosca v2025 LTS Model-Based Automation.
• Ensure comprehensive automation coverage across SAP business processes and integrated enterprise systems.
• Continuously enhance automation frameworks to improve stability and efficiency.
• Develop and manage test data required for end-to-end validation and regression testing.
• Support data setup, teardown, and maintenance for automated testing across SAP applications.
• Perform automation stability checks, certification testing, and release readiness validation.
• Manage continuous script remediation and support hypercare/warranty periods post-deployment.
• Execute and monitor distributed automation runs using Tosca Distributed Execution (DEX – Unattended).
• Provide reliable test execution reporting and performance metrics.
• Lead comprehensive regression testing across SAP cross-module business processes.
• Validate integrations, interfaces, and UI functionality across multiple SAP platforms.
• Perform testing across different SAP user interfaces including:
  • SAP Fiori (Web)
  • SAP GUI
  • NWBC
  • Mobile platforms (iOS)
• Support testing across multiple SAP modules including:
  • PM / EAM
  • FI / CO
  • MM
  • PS
  • SuccessFactors / HCM / EHS
  • Payroll and Time Management
• Work within SAP S/4HANA environments (EQUIP Platform).
• Provide actionable automation reporting and insights.
• Drive continuous improvements in test coverage, execution efficiency, and release quality.
